About this product

Seikyo Ginjo is a Hiroshima style Sake; fruity and semidry. Uniquely the yeast used in this Sake comes from apple skin which gives a beautiful fragrance. A lovely apéritif.

We drank this while eating imported Japanese Wagyu over a small charcoal fire in Northbridge, Perth. My sake experience has become quite advanced, and my Japanese wife and I were very pleasantly surprised how well this drank.
