Lean and beautifully balanced, this Chablis from Simonnet-Febvre has flavours of lemon, peach, river stones. Steely acidity cleans the palate nicely and is just so food-friendly, it is a must have for your best fish dishes. Quite easily one of the best value Chardonnays in the Dan Murphy's range!

Its taken me awhile to get into international wine.. especially French wine. I have been brought up on Aussie wines so its a bit of a flavour shift to deal with to start. But this is a great little chardonnay that really appeals to my taste
