About this product
The story of La Chablisienne begins back in 1923. Under the leadership of Abbé Balitrand, a number of winegrowers joined forces to better withstand the economic difficulties of the period. Together, in the middle of the Chablis vineyards, they created a cooperative winery to market their wines.
Brilliant pale gold in colour, with discreet aromas of sweet spices, vanilla, grean pear and lemon zest. The palate is fresh with well balanced acidity, a wine that displays great purity of flavour, richness, and energy.
