Together, in the middle of the Chablis vineyards, they created a cooperative winery to market their wines.
Brilliant pale gold in colour, with discreet aromas of sweet spices, vanilla, grean pear and lemon zest. The palate is fresh with well balanced acidity, a wine that displays great purity of flavour, richness, and energy.
