A take on the crisp and refreshing Japanese Shōchū highball known as the Chūhai, this delicious blend of vodka, Shōchū spirit, soda and lemon is bursting with zesty refreshment. This Monsutā Chūhai uses a traditional Okinawan Shōchū called Awamori, which is indigenous and unique to Okinawa, Japan. It’s a sparkling drop of low to medium sweetness that exhibits a pithy lemon aroma and flavour with a clean, crisp taste and a slightly savoury lemon finish.
