Leveraging their intimate knowledge of the Yarra Valley, the team at Oakridge have hand selected premium parcels of the classic Sparkling Wine varietals, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, in which Natalie has then crafted a preeminent Sparkling Wine. The word Ovata is derived from the Latin word Ovatus, meaning to rejoice, applaud, celebrate. So, when the occasion calls for it. Rise to it. Raise a glass to it. Celebrate it. Trophy Winning Wine at shows last year . Woolworths group recently purchased this small winery . So lets hope they dont destroy the Label , As they are buying many Wineries around the country these days.LVMH Cape Mentele in margaret river

Beautiful creamy sparkling wine, rich on the palette. I will definitely be buying again, and might in fact just have knocked my favourite off top spot.

This sparking wine was an absolute pleasure to drink. It was the perfect beverage to sit outside on a warm night and have long chats with my partner. We also shared a bottle (or two) with family over Christmas to celebrate big life events!
