Matured in new and seasoned French and American oak barrels. Drink now or will reward careful cellaring for up to 10 years.

A core of blackberry, blackcurrant and prune plums wrapped with boysenberry and raspberry. Scraped vanilla beans, dark-chocolate-covered coffee beans and stewed fig. Oak supports the ripeness of fruit with a hint of cooking spices and underlying richness of sandalwood spice. Sturdy and muscular with fine tannins.
