About this product

A premium, dry sake produced with glossy rice polished to at least 50% of its original size. Light and complex, it has a fragrant nose of white chocolate, caramel and vanilla, leading to a fresh citrus fruit palate with a crisp, clean finish.

Beautiful floral essence not too harsh and easy to drink, I would recommend to first time sake drinkers and will try this one again as it has a nice sweet initial taste. we need more like this one!

As a reasonably experienced Sake sampler (for an Australian), I would say this is an exceptional drop, hot or cold. My instant favorite.

Keeping in mind this is my first time trying Sake I found it very nice and would definitely buy again. If you have never tried Sake before I would say that it is like a savoury white wine. It is not an any occasion drink but goes quite nice
