About this product

Made by mixing finely chopped kuromoji into wheat shōchū wort, this spirit is distilled under pressure to preserve aroma and intended to be sipped from traditional chokos. It offers a clean and fresh taste of herbaceous character with a hint of floral lime. Reminiscent of the fresh scent of the forest, it leaves a long and refreshing finish. Pair it with fried gyoza.
