The grapes of this Amarone have been dried for around 120 days and the wine aged for at least 18 months. It has an intense garnet red colour and persistent bouquet with hints of bitter cherries, prunes and sweet spices.Full-bodied and rich with velvety tannins it is perfect with game, braised meats or mature cheeses.
