A translucent salmon pink. Aromas of rosehip, raspberry and fecund strawberry corral around a core of pumice. Despite the joyousness of froth and fizz, this mid-weighted expression is saline and precise, flowing long and easy. Yet it is the uncanny savouriness that draws one in for the next glass and the one after that. Loads of fun and plenty to ponder, all in the same mouthful.
