In 1983, Yarra Burn was the first Yarra Valley winery to produce a sparkling wine. Today, it is fruit purity, elegance and texture make them so popular with our customers. The latest addition to the range is a non-vintage Prosecco. A lively naturally effervescence style, with fresh pear and pistachio nut and a touch of baker's yeast on the bouquet. The palate follows with lively flavours of pear and white nectarine. A soft elegance style with persistent flavours that lasts & lasts. Perfect partner to homemade fruit salad.
