Dark and comforting, while reminiscent of summertime fruit and warm weather. Midnight black with restrained roasty characters and a velvety body, bursting with unexpectedly bright hop aromas of candied pineapple, peach, pine resin and some hoppy floral notes.

Toasty and malty and great hop flavour. For those wanting something dark but aren’t after big coffee and chocolate of a stout or porter this is a great beer. I prefer this to porter. The malt and hop balance combines very well.

Not as full bodied as a stout or porter, but with the rich flavors of one. Really yummy for a cool autumn night round the fire.

Personally I think people go for a dark ale for the coffee and choose taste this is just like any other Australian hopped pale ale it’s just dark

Little hoppy and chocolate on the nose, both of them and easy and smooth to drink with a tiny bit of carbonation to them. It’s alright
