The concentration of the wine is lifted by the mouth-watering acidity bringing balance and long length. Flavours of Green apple, apricot, peach, hints of honey and floral aromas characterise a fresh nose.

Sourced almost exclusively from DeMorgenzon’s south-facing vineyards overlooking False Bay, the vines are managed for optimal exposure to gentle morning sunshine. The resulting wine features outstanding intensity of fruit, both on the nose and the palate. It's a fruit salad look-a-like featuring, among other fruits, green apple, green plum, honeydew melon, and pear, enlivened by brisk acidity and finishing textural and long.
