Aroma: Green pepper, intense minerality, earthy, white flowers, wet soil, vegetal, grassy, cactus, smoky agave, wet stone, green olives, lightly roasted, char, smoke, clean, bright.
Palate: Green olives, green pepper, clay, minerals, silky body, apples, hint of spearmint, lemongrass, smoked agave, leather, earthy, saline, wet wood, forest floor, hint of smoke, very smooth. Clean, bright, smoke.
