Fermentation begins in the winery before the part fermented juice is transferred to bottle to finish the job. Flavours of strawberries and cream with tart raspberry it has a persistent fizz that knows how to quench a thirst. A perfect match for sunshine and good times.

Delicious drop. Tasty fresh light and sweet, sort of rose vibes - wife said maybe hint of brandy? But definitely tastes like a champagne would too. Yum, def would get again.
