A blend of 50/40/10% cabernet/merlot/malbec. Whole-bunched pressed and left for 6 months in 500L barrels with regular lees stirring. A perfect pale salmon. Subtle and complex, with aromas of wild strawberry, redcurrants, a gentle leafiness and even a hint of Vietnamese mint. The textbook palate is dry and savoury, with light redcurrant fruit and this finishes bone dry, with just the right amount of grip and refreshing acidity.
