Jean-Marc Brocard are one of the leading lights of Chablis production. They describe their wine style in three words - "precision, strength, freshness". To those we would add, "presence, complexity, completeness".
The 2019 is superbly rounded. Rolling it around in the mouth provides sheer pleasure. Ripe fruit of the stonefruit varieties, honey, underlying, strengthening minerality and more than a hint of a cleansing, refreshing citrus element complete a wine that should be mulled over and not rushed.
