Individual parcels of fruit are matured separately to maximise the blend's complexity. The resulting wine is rich and concentrated with distinct varietal leafy notes. Pairs perfectly with a rack of lamb or pork belly.
Malbec
The palate shows fresh fruits of red cherry, cranberries with savoury chalky tannins. Pairs perfectly with an Argentinian Asado - meats such as pork, chicken, steak or chorizo cooked over charcoal.
Pepperjack Mid Strength Shiraz
Bursting with quintessential Pepperjack character, this Mid Strength wine displays aromas of blackberries and plums with hints of pepper and spice. The palate is rich, round, and soft with concentrated berry fruits and soft velvety tannins. BUT, is 7% lighter in alcohol than a standard Pepperjack Shiraz.
