Bombay Sapphire Sunset

Bombay is a world-famous gin producer known for its high quality and distinctive flavours. They've just released a vibrant new gin inspired by the glow of golden hour, which is sure to be the perfect sundowner. This Sunset gin features all 10 of the signature Bombay Sapphire botanicals along with an additional three; bittersweet Spanish mandarin and the warming spices of golden turmeric and Indian white cardamom. The result is a unique, balanced gin with a lingering warmth, which will really shine in a classic G&T garnished with an orange wheel and star anise. Alternatively, mix up a refreshing Sunset Buck cocktail using ginger ale, fresh ginger and a squeeze of lime.

Tanqueray Blackcurrant Royale

Tanqueray is often considered the global benchmark for dry gin and their Blackcurrant Royale seems destined to play a similar role when it comes to infused gins. This bold new gin, which was inspired by Charles Tanqueray's wandering travels through Europe in the 1800s, combines a London dry gin base with juicy French blackcurrants and an exotic twist of vanilla. With a striking purple colour and a fruity, floral finish, it's a gin fit for kings and queens so feel free to get a little fancy and put on a high tea in its honour. Serve your finger sandwiches and petit fours with a Royale Spritz, made using Tanqueray Blackcurrant Gin, prosecco, sparkling soda water and blackberries to garnish.

Mirabeau Dry Rosé Gin

Mirabeau have made a name for themselves with their array of beautiful dry pink wines, made with grapes from some of the best vineyards in Provence. Now they’ve added a rosé gin to their lineup, and with a gold medal from the 2020 World Gin Awards already under their belt, it’s clear the quality has crossed over.

Inspired by the abundance of aromatic botanicals growing wild on their estate – after all, Provence is not only known as the spiritual home of rosé, but also the perfume capital of the world – Mirabeau’s gin uses a 100% grape-based neutral spirit (as opposed to the standard grain base), which adds a subtle fruitiness to the palate. It’s then infused with botanicals including lemon, coriander, lavender and jasmine, as well as rosé wine. The rosé flavour is subtle but makes the gin rounded enough to be sipped alone or, alternatively, to use in a French 75 cocktail. You can even replace the Champagne with sparkling rosé for an unforgettable floral experience.

Silent Pool Gin

This UK brand is making high-end artisan gin with incredible attention to detail. The distillery is situated adjacent to its namesake, The Silent Pool, which is in the heart of the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (yep, that’s a real place). This mysterious body of water dates back to the Ice Age and is renowned for its tranquility, natural beauty and unsettling history.

Silent Pool's signature gin contains 24 carefully chosen botanicals, all of which are ethically sourced and work together in unison to create a complex, unique flavour. The juniper isn't overly pronounced and, much like wine, people may taste different notes depending on their palate on the day. Our favourite way to enjoy it? Mix an award-winning G&T by serving Silent Pool Gin with a generous handful of ice, a dash of tonic and a twist of orange peel. Serve it to your friends and they won't be silent for long!
