Cointreau Fizz with Strawberry and Mint

Learn to make a Cointreau Fizz with Strawberry and Mint cocktail

Method

In a cocktail shaker muddle the strawberries with mint leaves.
Add Cointreau, lime juice and fill with ice.
Shake until the outside of shaker is frosted.
Strain into a glass over ice
Top off with soda water.
Garnish with lime wedge, strawberry and mint.
