Where and when can I get ‘Just Say When’ delivery for $9.90?

'Just Say When' is available for $9.90 in select areas of the Brisbane metro, and is only applicable to the selection of a delivery day, Monday through Friday to be delivered anytime before 5pm on the selected day.

A delivery day can be chosen up to a week in advance, from the next business day. To receive your delivery on the next business day, place your order prior to 1pm. After 1pm, selection of a future date up to a week in advance remains available. 

The choice of a 2hr window or any delivery option on a Saturday or Sunday will attract a delivery fee of $15.

How can I select this delivery option?
1. Choose ‘Just Say When’ delivery

Click the cart icon in the top right hand corner of the screen.

If you are currently shopping for pick up,  click ‘change’ next to the selected pick up store and choose delivery as your preference. 

2. Input your address

Input your address to see your available delivery options, and select the ‘Just Say When’ option.

If you are already shopping for delivery, click ‘change’ next to your current delivery speed selection and select the ‘Just Say When’ option.

3. Select the date for delivery

Select the date that you want your delivery, and choose ‘Anytime before 5pm’. $9.90 delivery is available Monday - Friday (excludes Sat-Sun), from the next business day.

To get delivery on the next business day, place your order by 1pm the day prior.

4. Shop Online

You will now be able to see stock availability for your preferred delivery date.

    • You will receive an order confirmation and invoice shortly after placing your order. If you are placing an order for the next business day, you will receive a text message confirming an approximate timeframe for your delivery on the morning of the delivery. For a selection for any other day, you will receive a text message the day prior to your delivery, confirming an approximate timeframe for your delivery.

    • Depending on whether you are a registered user or a guest user, whether it is your first order and whether you appear to be under 25,  you may be required to show your ID to the driver and sign for the delivery.

      For registered users:

      • For first-time delivery orders, registered users (over the age of 18) must be present at the delivery address to receive the order, sign for the order and show their IDs to the delivery driver.

      • For subsequent Before 5pm delivery orders, registered users can opt to have orders left unattended. If the order is received by a person (not left unattended), the person taking delivery will be asked for ID if they appear under 25.

      For guest users:

      • For all 'Just Say When' delivery orders, guest users (over the age of 18) must be present at the delivery address to receive the order, sign for the order and show their IDs to the delivery drivers.


    • For registered users:

      • For first time delivery orders, an ID check is required  - if you are not there to receive the order, it will be taken back to our local depot from which it was being delivered.

      • If you are a registered user, who has previously received a delivery order you can opt to have the delivery left unattended in a location of your choosing. If you don’t opt to have the delivery left unattended and are not there to receive the order, it will be taken back to our local depot from which it was being delivered.

      • If your delivery is unable to be delivered, and is returned to the depot, you will receive an email and an SMS to reschedule your delivery for a future date. 

      For guest users:

      • For all guest orders, an ID check is required  - if you are not there to receive the order, it will be taken back to our local depot from which it was being delivered.

      • If your delivery is unable to be delivered, and is returned to the depot, you will receive an SMS to reschedule your delivery for a future date.
