Q: Am I able to use more than one Dan Murphy’s or WISH Branded Gift Card?

A: Yes, you can absolutely use one or more Gift Cards to complete an online order. You may also pay any remaining balance on the order after redeeming the Gift Card with either PayPal, Credit, or Debit Card.

Q: My product for delivery or pickup was available on the product page but is now showing as unavailable with red text on the first page of checkout.

A: Sometimes, due to unprecedented demand, the stock may shift suddenly, and the product becomes unavailable. In rare cases when this happens, adjust the product quantity to that which is available or replace it with a similar product!

Q: I’m stuck at the contact details page, and I cannot click the payment button because it’s greyed out.

A: If you are stuck at the contact details page, you need to ensure you have correctly entered all the information into the fields required (including formatting). Click edit next to each field, double-check everything is correct, and click save.


If you have done the above and are checking out as a guest, you may also need to click the declaration field titled “Are you a business customer?” and then select “No”.

Q: I have tried to pay, and the page is frozen.

A: If you have completed the checkout process and clicked the pay button, but the page is frozen or turning in circles, double-check your email to confirm if you have received the receipt invoice. If you have not, you may have timed out. If that is the case, refresh the page.

Q: I have tried to pay, but it says my payment was declined.

A: If you have tried to complete the order but have received a declined message for payment, return to page two of checkout and ensure your billing address details are the same as that of the payment method.

If paying by Credit and or Debit Card, try entering the card details again to see if that resolves the issue. If the issue is still unresolved, reach out to the live service support team here:
