What should I do if a product delivered to me is nearing its expiration date?
Delivering products of the highest quality is our priority. In the case you are delivered products that are nearing their expiration date or have already expired, we'll be more than happy to offer you a refund or a replacement of the product. The fastest resolution is to go into your local store for a direct exchange or refund.
We recognise, however, that this will not be convenient for all customers. This being the case, we can organise a return of the incorrect product. We can then either replace this with the correct item or provide a refund, at your discretion.
