Can I return or exchange an incorrect or faulty product?

Yes, you can return or exchange a product. The fastest way to obtain a return or replace your purchase is to visit your local Dan Murphy's store where our team will be able to assist you immediately, but please note you cannot return Dan's Marketplace items to your local store.

If you are returning Dan's Marketplace products or if visiting a store is not convenient for you, then please contact our Customer Service Team at the bottom of this page with your order details for further assistance.

In the event that your product has to be returned to our fulfillment centre, please allow 2-5 business days for your refund to be processed after the product has been received at the fulfilment centre.
