How are wines stored during the transit period?

Our delivery partner depot sites are usually cool and dry. Upon delivery, if unattended delivery is requested, our delivery partners will take your order back to the depot in the event there is no safe place to leave the items out of the sun/rain. If your order is traveling with Australia Post, they will deliver it to your Local Post Office (LPO) in case of the aforementioned event. We are always happy to exchange any products that may have been affected or are damaged in transit.
