Shipping & Logistics

It’s a team effort. All you have to do is pack the order, and Dan Murphy's will take care of the rest.


Shipping made easy with Nexday

You package the order and tell us when it’s ready. Our Nexday fleet will come to you and collect the order. From there, each order is shipped straight to the customer - effectively door to door.

Frequently Asked Questions

We don’t require a minimum amount of products from any supplier nor do we impose a maximum. Direct from Supplier is designed to facilitate trade between suppliers and customers, regardless of the the supplier's size.
All Direct from Supplier business will be conducted through our online Supplier Portal. This is where your new orders will appear once customers have placed them. After picking and packing the order you will raise a dispatch manifest with our carrier company, Nexday Couriers, and they will collect the items from your pre-established pickup address.
The Dan Murphy's returns policy applies.
Dan Murphy’s Direct from Supplier is the ideal retailing model for small to medium sized suppliers. We don’t impose a minimum stock-level requirement on any listed item but we suggest you aim to have at least six available units of any product when you upload.
You will need to provide proof that you possess a current wholesale Liquor Licence.
There will be an initial review prior to joining Dan Murphy’s Direct from Supplier, to understand your range and ability to ship products. Post onboarding, there will be reviews of product and content to ensure any additions meet Dan Murphy’s content & price guidelines and ongoing reviews of the SLA.
Set-up times depend on the number of products you’re proposing, the content you already have available and your technical infrastructure. Based on an offering of less than a hundred products, we estimate that you could be trading through us in just a few days. Set up times may vary depending on whether you have high resolution bottle photographs and consumer accessible copy.
