About this product

A Seafood fairytale began in the Languedoc Coast when a NSW oysterman brought Picpoul cuttings home for his portfolio. Hailed as an "astonishing match" Borrowed Cuttings is a masterstroke match for all seafood, sashimi and even Murray Cod. Crisp puckerish, melony, it won global recognition in London Decanter Awards 2020. Also a wistful aperitif alone.
