This 2020 Pinot Noir Rosé is a very attractive pale salmon colour, with pink hues. It possesses a complex bouquet of peach, crushed red fruits, delicate rose petal florals, and some intriguing spice and confected notes.This Rosé is dry and textural with a crisp clean finish. Rock melon, raspberries, spice and lavender are followed by a finish with a gentle vein of lingering acidity.
For a worthy food match, try serving our Rosé chilled, with rock melon wrapped in
prosciutto and rocket leaves. Alternatively, this wine will also match well with salmon or charcuterie and soft cheese.
