An outstanding 8 year old Speyside single malt Scotch whisky with no fewer than three additional months of extra maturation in specially hand-coopered oloroso sherry cask octaves. These smaller casks allow for a greater conversation between wood and whisky creating an intensely sherried drop.
100% natural colour and non-chill filtered results in a full-flavoured whisky with hefty cask-influence that provides bold aromas and flavours - there's toasty and appetising notes of toffee, candied almonds, dried fruits, light smoke and a lingering sweetness. This whisky's unsubdued character makes for a complex and rewarding drinking experience.
