Mas Conscience La Petite Prise uses a 50,50 blend of Grenache and Syrah biodynamically grown in the superior Terasses du Larzac region. It has lovely dark fruits, earthy spices undertones on the nose. As the wine aerated the darker Syrah comes through, bringing more peppery cherry like aromas and lively acidity on the palate. A good match to red meat dishes.
