Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

The Wine Front
The Reuben is an Adelaide Hills blend of Cabernet Sauvignon 45%, Merlot 26%, Cabernet Franc 25%, Malbec 4%. There’s character here. And flavour. And, along with those things, value. Blackcurrant and chocolate notes swing persuasively through the palate, aided by mint/eucalypt and cedar-like notes. It’s both sturdy and delicious; a few extra years rest prior to release has done the wine much good. The structure of this wine is excellent, as indeed is the flavour. It’s a bit of a steal, really.
