About this product
The Dr. Edge Tasmanian Pinot Noir is made by Peter Dredge, the winemaker at Meadowbank who was nominated for the Young Gun of Wine Awards in 2017. The Pinot Noir is a blend of Tamar Valley, East Coast & Derwent Valley fruit. It's an elegant Pinot Noir fermented naturally with only two weeks on skins then pressed to old oak casks, matured for 9 months and then bottled without fining.
