Medium deep crimson. Lovely blackberry, dark plum, mulberry aromas with mocha, dark chocolate notes. Well concentrated and minerally with dark plum, mulberry, cranberry fruit, fine plentiful chalky/ grainy tannins and underlying mocha oak complexity. Finishes gravely/chocolaty firm with persistent fruit and freshness. Generous, supple and looseknit in structure with attractive fruit complexity, impact and length. Delicious to drink now, but worth cellaring for the medium term. A very fine vintage.

Polished repeatedly until it''s just right. This tastes exactly how it should. Jubey blackberry and raspberry with clove and sandalwood notes. Earth, fruit and power. A melt of tannin. Sweet fruit through the finish. Raisiny, almost honeyed overtones. Drastically/dangerously easy to drink.
