About this product

This Pinot Noir shows lovely deep crimson and mauve colour with perfumed violets, dried cranberry and dark berry aromas. Cherry and red fruits showing depth on the palate with a touch of cedar from oak. Craggy Range have once again set some high standards.

This pinot is what Central Otago is all about; rich, ripe, concentrated dark cherries, spice and a powerful savoury backing. This is one of my all-time favourite pinots for all-out flavour, whilst still maintaining complexity and balance. T

The fruit is deep and dark with plenty of savoury and earthy characters. Very enjoyable pinot at this price range.

Fine Central Otago (Bendigo) pinot from the family owned Craggy Range winery in Hawke's Bay. Floral and cherry flavours with added spice. However not quite an Ata Rangi or Felton Road.
