Bright, aromatic, touched attractively by polished, smoky oak and juicy/tangy through the finish. Drinkability plus. Alive with fruit and exquisitely well balanced. Finish seems easy-going, making me think it’ll be best as an early-ish drinker, but its balance is so impeccable it could well surprise given time to mature in the cellar. Boysenberry, red/black cherries, mint and dried herbs. Lovely.
