Grant Burge Barossa Ink is a new and distinctly different wine style. Intense and opulent wines, from the heart of the McLaren Vale, with a colour so dark it’s almost ink. A bouquet of blackberry, plum, milk chocolate with aniseed and vanilla spice flows through to the palate with rich, thick and intense palate of dark berry fruit flavours, liquorice, mint chocolate and sweet mocha tones.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
