We are committed to the safety of our customers and promote the responsible consumption of alcohol. 

If you have a problem with alcohol, or you believe you may be at risk of developing a problem with alcohol, we invite you to self-exclude from our services and the products we sell online.

WHAT DOES ONLINE SELF-EXCLUSION MEAN?

Online self-exclusion means that you will not be able to place an online order through any of our Endeavour retail brands or access your existing brand account/s.

Our Endeavour retail brands include BWS, Dan Murphy’s, Jimmy Brings and Langtons. 

 

WHAT DOES MY ONLINE SELF-EXCLUSION NOT APPLY TO?

Please note that you are excluding yourself from our online services and from our marketing to you. This does not apply to self-exclusion from a store. If you wish to be excluded from a store, visit your local store’s Store Manager, who will assist you in completing an in-store exclusion agreement.

Your self-exclusion will apply indefinitely. 

 

WHAT IF I WANT TO REVERSE MY SELF-EXCLUSION?

To reverse your request to self-exclude, please reply to the Endeavour Group self-exclusion email that you received.  Your account will be reviewed after a min 24-hour period but may take several business days.

 

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

We’re collecting the personal information you have provided so that you can self-exclude from online ordering through any of our Endeavour retail brands or accessing your existing brand account/s.

If we don’t collect this information, we won’t be able to process your request to self-exclude. We will only use this information for the purpose of implementing and maintaining your request for self-exclusion.  We may also share your information with our order fulfilment and delivery partners to prevent you from ordering products from any of our Endeavour retail brands through our partner platforms.
