Why is the website declining payment and asking me to check with my bank when I'm using a gift card?
This might be caused by the checkout page timing out due to being idle for too long, or by our gift card payment processing systems experiencing a temporary outage. Please also try to clear the cache and cookies and also try to remove any saved gift cards and try again.
