Managing Personal Details

Once you are logged into your account, click your name located at the top of your screen and then click: "Personal Details"

 

From here, you will be able to edit your Name, Date of Birth, Mobile, Email, Password, Preferred Store, Communication Preferences as well as your Drink Preferences.

 

If you continue to scroll down further it will give you the options to:

  1. Edit or Remove an Address
  2. Remove saved Payment details

 

How Can I Add a New Payment Method?

To add a new credit card or change/update your credit card details on your My Dan's account, you will have to make an online purchase so that we can verify the card details with the bank.

A new card must be added even if only the expiry and CVV have changed for the one card number.

To remove old/unwanted cards from your account, log in and view the Personal Details tab as discussed above. You can scroll to the bottom to remove any saved payment methods.

 

Issues With Billing Details?

In case you are facing technical issues while filling in the billing details, please get in touch with our Customer Service team at the bottom of this page or by typing in 'live chat' when you are chatting to Murphy (our Assistant bot) for further assistance.

 

Can You Search My Account Details Using My Personal Details?

If you have provided accurate details on your account such as your:

Name, Date of Birth, Address, Mobile Phone, Email we should be able to locate your account provided you disclose this information to the live chat agent.

 

How Do I Delete My Account?

You can delete your account by contacting our Customer Service team at the bottom of this page or via the Dan Murphy’s App. 

Follow the steps below to delete your account on the app. Please note, this action is not reversible.

  1. Log in to your account on your app
  2. Select ‘Account’
  3. Scroll down and select the ‘Delete My Account’
