What should I do if my card is declined and I can't re-enter the details to make another attempt?
If your credit card is declined on the checkout page, it is often due to invalid card numbers being entered. When this happens, the website may prevent further attempts from being made immediately. To make another attempt, you will need to return to the home page, then into your cart, then back to the checkout once more. If this doesn't work, you may need to log out and restart your web browser entirely, or try on another browser.
