What should I do if I'm stuck at the summary page and unable to move to the payment screen?
If you are stuck and unable to progress to pay for your order, please double-check that all the necessary information has been provided. If so, simply refreshing the page and trying again may work.
If not, logging out of the website, restarting your web browser, and then logging back in may help it progress. Clearing your web browser's cookies/cache can also be helpful when the website is stuck.
If you have taken these steps and are still unable to progress to the payments page, try the following.
For delivery:
Click Change next to the recipient/delivery box; make sure all the information is formatted correctly, and then click Save. Also, make sure to click change next to delivery instructions, click the drop-down box, select "other", and then click Save again.
For pickup:
Click Change next to Who is collecting; make sure all the information is formatted correctly, and then click Save
Ensure you also repeat this step for the billing information at the bottom of the page.
