Why are the Member Offers not getting applied to my order when I go to the checkout?
The most common reason for this is due to not being logged in to your My Dan's account. Please ensure you are logged in. Our Member Offers are only available to registered My Dan's Members, so the discounted price will not be adjusted unless you are signed in on the website. To confirm you are signed in, the page should show your name on the top right-hand corner just next to the search bar.
