What should I do if I have bought damaged products from a store but realised it only after I reached home?
If you have purchased products in-store that turn out to be damaged, you will need to return to the store to have it replaced or refunded. If you have traveled far to get to the store, you can go to a local store, we are always happy to help. All we require is a proof of purchase to know when and where the items were bought - If you scanned your Dan Murphy's card you will have an online receipt. If you did not and have no receipt either, that's okay, you can show us proof of payment via bank statement/financial app.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or replace damaged items online for items purchased in-store.
