Can I get a second membership card for a family member?
If you would like to add a family member or authorised person(s) onto your account with the ability to enquire, place, cancel and return orders, please contact us via the contact us form.
In the message please include the following details
Your Account Details:
- Name, Date Of Birth, Billing Address
The Secondary User's Details:
- Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Date Of Birth and Relationship.
While we like sharing too, My Dan's is all about your personal tastes and interests, which means it's just still one card per member. If you would like to receive a personalised card for the secondary user, please ask them to join so they can enjoy their own personalised benefits.
