Why didn't I get the member price on my purchase?
On the website or app: in order to receive the member price on your purchase you must be logged in on the Dan Murphy's website or app. If you did not receive the Member Price, you may not have been logged in at the time, or scanned your card at the check-out.
In store: in order to receive the member price on your purchase you must tap or scan your card at the register, or have a team member search your details. It could also be any one of the following reasons why the member offer might not have been applied at the store:
- The staff may not have scanned the card properly
- The product may not have been on offer or the offer had expired
- You purchased a greater quantity than the max member offer redemptions per day (listed here), resulting in you only getting a discount for some of the items purchased.
