What happens if no one is available to receive the delivery when it arrives?
It depends on which delivery option you have chosen. If you placed an express delivery order, it will most likely be returned to your originating store. Standard Delivery orders are taken back to the local depot and a calling card is left to arrange redelivery. Sometimes it may come via Australia Post and in which case, it will be taken to your local post office for collection.
If no one is at home to accept delivery, how can I get the order?
You have a few options. You can reschedule the delivery to a day when someone will be home, or if you have signed for deliveries before you can also choose to have your order left somewhere safely.
To reschedule, follow the link given in your tracking notifications.
Alternatively, please get in touch with us at the bottom of this page with your order details for further assistance.
No one was there to attend the delivery, why wasn't a calling card left?
Our couriers are supposed to leave a calling card if the delivery is unsuccessful so that redeliveries can be arranged. There can be many reasons for not leaving a calling card like an incorrect address, or the driver was unable to get access to the premises or the building. If you did not receive a calling card for your failed delivery, please get in touch with us as the bottom of this page for further assistance.
