Payments:
All deliveries are pre-paid (We do not provide a Cash On Delivery service). Payment can be made with a credit card over the phone, fax or with a cheque via mail. We accept all major credit cards.
Minimum Delivery:
We deliver in full straight case lots only (minimum 12 bottles for wines and spirits). We do not deliver single bottles or mixed dozens.
Delivery Service:
All deliveries are made using Australia Post . If you are not at home at the time of delivery, an "Article Awaiting" card will be left in your mail box and the goods will automatically be delivered to a nominated Postal Office. Goods will not be left with persons under the age of 18 years (proof of age may be required).
All Melbourne/Sydney Metropolitan deliveries are made within the next three to five working days, provided stock is available at time of order. Time or day of delivery cannot be guaranteed. We do not deliver on weekends.
Deliveries outside of metropolitan Canberra, Melbourne and Sydney can take up to 5 working days to deliver. All deliveries are processed through Dan Murphy’s call centre (VIC License 31900295), and are shipped from dispatch centres in Glen Waverley (VIC License 32052639) or Wentworthville (NSW License 353384)

Metropolitan deliveries take between 3-5 working days. All deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
